Some of my task realisation: 
Definition of the target functional and technical architecture in adaptation to the Group's Core Model, while acting as a liaison to bridge the gap between international IT external teams and business operating departments (Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Finance-CO). This involves defining roadmaps in accordance with the financial and operational needs of the business units.                                              

  • Interfacing with external teams of up to 22 consultants, ensuring time project delivery through coordination and inter-functional communication between business departments Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and IT external Teams. 

  • Setting KPI meticulously tracking and reporting on monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) statuses.
  • Directing and supporting external IT teams during ERP system implementations ensuring project delivery and the alignment of business processes across departments.
  • Lead data migration initiatives to integrate local market requirements with S/4HANA, optimizing financial processes and ensuring smooth data transfers across SAP modules (MM/SD, Finance, and Supply Chain) with SAP MM/CS Procurement activities and Services contractual agreements.
  • Definition of the program for data migration of existing infrastructure into a private cloud environment
  • Estimations the project time frames and budgets, resource quantities, and quality attributes auditing
  • Supervised the development and execution of Verification and Validation Test Plans, ensuring alignment with the company needs and compliances within the design, review, and execution of test cases tailored to the system requirements,
