• End-to-end management of ERP transformation program, including business process reengineering and the establishment of one central strategic Insiders ERP Center of Excellence (CoE).

• Designed change management strategy and key-user enablement. Implemented master data governance for finance, products, and suppliers. Integrated generative AI in e-invoicing and payment automation. Created Power BI dashboards for real-time KPI tracking
